Meet Your Coach
Lea G is an Austrian-born, London-based artist, creative director, and music industry professional. After relocating to London in 2019 to study Music Business, A&R, and Entrepreneurship, she has built a career that bridges creativity and strategy, combining her experience as a successful recording artist with a deep understanding of how to develop and sustain a career in today’s industry.
As an alt-pop artist, Lea has released four EPs and over a dozen singles, earning acclaim from WONDERLAND Magazine, Clash, The Line of Best Fit and more. Her music has amassed over 2 million streams across DSPs, been featured on editorial playlists across Apple Music and Spotify, and taken her on 3 headline tours across the UK and Europe.
In 2021, Lea founded BreakThrough Consultancy,
a 1-2-1 creative management, artist development and strategy service designed to empower the next generation of artists. Having worked with over 100 artists in the past five years, Lea’s approach is deeply personal and grounded in lived experience. Unlike traditional management models led by business professionals outside the creative process, her work stems from the perspective of an artist with industry background, someone who understands the craft, the hard work, and the vulnerability that goes into creating authentic music, but who also knows the business inside out.
Through BreakThrough, Lea has helped artists refine their brand identities, expand their audiences, and forge meaningful industry connections. Her clients have gone on to sign management, publishing and sync deals, secure major press coverage, and perform on international stages.
She has also partnered with companies like Universal Music and Dolby on creative projects, while directing and producing numerous music videos and visual campaigns for independent artists.
At her core, Lea believes that artistry and authenticity should lead every decision. Whether performing her own songs, consulting other musicians, or directing a visual project, her mission remains the same: to build a more empathetic, creative, and sustainable music industry, one artist and their fanbase at a time.
